Track decisions
Discussion points should conclude with either an action item, or a decision. All decisions from different meetings should be viewable in a list from people who were part of that meeting.

Private notes section
As a user, when I am in a meeting, I would like to save notes privately in a separate section.

As an organizer, I want to be able to send meeting notes via a Slack integration to a specific channel.

As a meeting organizer, I want to be able to send the meeting notes to all participants after the meeting has ended.
Updates section
For meetings there should be a section where meeting participants can add updates ahead of the meetings. Updates are text only messages connected to the person writing it. Since updates are “FYI”-only, there should be a function that lets anyone add an update to the list of discussion points, so it can be discussed when needed. Nice to have: Group updates somehow (e.g. by department, person or tag)
Find functionality
The find functionality should let the user easily find actions, decisions, discussion points or notes from previous meetings.
