Discussion points should conclude with either an action item, or a decision. All decisions from different meetings should be viewable in a list from people who were part of that meeting.

Updates section
For meetings there should be a section where meeting participants can add updates ahead of the meetings. Updates are text only messages connected to the person writing it. Since updates are “FYI”-only, there should be a function that lets anyone add an update to the list of discussion points, so it can be discussed when needed. Nice to have: Group updates somehow (e.g. by department, person or tag)
